We received our 90" Dune sofa in November so have had quite a few months use before finally writing this! Despite a few Covid delays (understandable) purchase/delivery went smoothly. Communication with the team at Maiden Home was great. Unfortunately, we have been unhappy with our couch! First, the fabric- we went with the chenille (actually had reluctantly settled on this over the linen because there was an additional supply delay for linen and we didn't want to wait even longer). The problem is that this fabric is requiring so much maintenance. EVERYTHING sticks to the material and we constantly have to use a lint roller. But the biggest annoyance is that the fabric pills. So we have to frequently (I'd say weekly) use a sweater shaver on the main cushion just to get rid of all the pilling that is very obvious on the white alabaster color. I've never had a sofa that requires so much "maintenance" to actually use it! We really regret not getting the linen. Second, we chose the scatter back pillows. What drew us to the design of the dune was that is has a deep "lofty" feel/look when you sit in it. The main cushion you sit on does provide this quality! And, it holds up great! The problem is that the back pillows don't match the same feel. They are over stuffed/hard. They are actually uncomfortable. They are somehow too small in size and also over stuffed at the same time. The couch is actually more comfortable with them removed completely! I wish the back cushions had the same lofty feeling as the main cushion. Perhaps the alternate option back pillows would have been better for this? 3rd, I was told the 90" dune would come with 7 scatter back pillows. To my surprise when it came it only had 6. No matter how I styled the pillows there was a large void where it clearly needed one more pillow. To Maiden Home's credit, when I called to inquire about this they informed me that I was given wrong information. But, they sent me an additional pillow free of charge anyway (amazing of them). Overall, I'd give 5 stars to Maiden Home as a company, 5 stars for their quality. But sadly, only 2 stars for the actual functionality of the couch. The dune is sooooo close to being what we wanted, but the fabric and the back pillows kind of ruined it over all for us. It's just a case of design not meeting the function. To anyone wanting the dune because of it's "lofty" aesthetic, go with the traditional back pillows! And, linen not chenille!

Ok. First of all- This couch literally smells good. I noticed my interior designer friend purchased this couch on IG and I trust her style so I went for it. Beat decision. My husband was hesitant about the price but he loves it too. Again- it smells like fresh cut wood. I went with the putty linen and it’s holding up well with a two year old, dog and cat. I assume it will get destroyed by my crew over time- but it still looks perfect now. It doesn’t hold cat fur or dog fur at all like our old microfiber couch used too. I’ve had to do spot cleaning because of my toddlers grubby little hands but so far everything has come out. I’ve heard people have issues with it staining, but it’s no different than any upholstery in my head. We are saving up for more pieces from maiden home. Great quality. Organized. Made in USA. Love the low profile as well for our tiny low ceiling bungalow.

While I hate to leave a poor review and very rarely take the time to do so, I am hoping to save others from my same mistake. I custom ordered my sectional based on reviews, website photos and recommendations from my designer. Selected a fabric that I thought would be resistant to stains and reg wear/tear. After a 4+ month wait, upon delivery, I was immediately disappointed by the quality of construction, internal foam material and fabric. The cushions do not hold their shape and the fabric is not stain resistant. My learning from this experience is to see/test a couch in person prior to making such a large purchase that will result in a lengthy ownership commitment. Buyer beware. As with most things you find on the internet, photos significantly better in person than real life!

Purchased the Essex bed in performance linen, oyster: it is stunning. Excellent experience with the company, timely, and even the customer service reps were so easy to interact with. They even offered suggestions on appropriate sizes for nightstands based on the height of the bed we ordered. Great experience all around and highly recommend!! Thank you!

We ordered this sectional in sunbrella mist for our second home and I am in love. I want another one! Of course, my young children immediately got marks on it but it cleaned so well. I do wish that the cushions could be attached to the frame because there is quite a bit of adjustment but it's not really an issue. The delivery was fine, no real complaints other than they didn't know to attached the two sections together. I didn't know either and can't really do it myself unfortunately. Though to be honest I didn't really try. Back to the couch itself, I love the fabric, I love the look, it's firm but super comfortable. The entire family loves it!

My Clinton nightstands have been a beautiful add to my bedroom. They are incredibly well made - you can tell it's made of real, solid wood. I absolutely love the Stone Pebbled Leather on top, and the handles feel so unique. I love them even more than I expected to!

I’m not sure how these have such good reviews. I got the Sullivan sectional and it’s the most uncomfortable sofa. The down pokes thru the sofa and it doesn’t get any better after time. I normally like a down sofa but I’ve never seen/ felt so many pokey feathers. I do like that the fabric is performance, but the seams aren’t finished so when you wash it you have thread soup so then one has to spend a good amount of time trimming all the threads so you can zip it back up. I used the sofa for about six months before moving it into storage. In that time it began to pill and look dingy. Spent $4,500 and will try to sell for $500. Their communication is great. Kudos to the employees.

The process from start to finish was great! Free samples came quickly, Dana was very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery persons were professional and timely. I had a post delivery question for which I received no response to my emails. When I then called her response was immediate. Only later did I realize their email responses had been routed to my trash. This was a stress-free, fun and great way to purchase furniture.

We love BOTH of the couches we got. It takes a lot of faith in customer reviews to make a purchase this big online, but I am so pleased with the outcome. I will say the delivery company was beyond rough with the couches and not careful bringing it in my house, but thankfully the furniture was incredibly well wrapped there was no damage. Only damage to my front door sadly though.

I was a bit nervous purchasing a sectional online, but the Dune has exceeded all expectations! Super comfortable and attractive. We did have an issue getting the larger half of the sectional into the house on delivery day so remember to measure your ceiling height!

My Warren couch had lumps in the front of the sides of the couch. It looks as though they did not put enough cushion and honesty it looks cheap. The cushions are great but I was expecting a better couch from both the price and the reviews. I would not recommend this couch.

We have had our Dune for almost a month now and we love it! We opted for the high performance textured linen in the lightest gray color option for the practicality and durability of the material, but bare in mind that ‘soft to touch’ is the trade off for having these qualities but this is not an issue for us at all. The sofa is very well filled and is very comfortable to sit and lie on. The frames are solid and you don’t worry about breaking the arms if you sit on them (you’re probably not supposed to though!). We recently received a handwritten appreciation card from the owner of Maiden Home which is pretty much unheard of when purchasing furniture which I think says a lot for the company itself! Very pleased with our sofa and would recommend to anybody sitting on the fence.

I am the person who rarely writes reviews but this is my exception. I purchased the Sullivan sectional approximately 2 years ago and can only say that the sofa is exceptionally amazing. The quality of the fabric and construction has lived up to daily usage! It is our only comfortable seating area. After receiving many color and texture samples I decided on the performance fabric in a very light linen color and it has lived up to its name. It cleans up so easily. Wine, chocolate, daily living all cleans up with water and blotting. Truly unbelievable!! The sofa sectional still looks clean and new. It has endured dogs, adults.and children sleeping and snacking daily on it. I highly recommend Maiden Home the quality of its materials and workmanship cannot be beat! Customer service is exceptional as well and I would not hesitate to purchase additional furniture based on my experience with them. Also, it is made In the United States.

100inch muir in performance linen. this is an absolute stunner and in watching the delivery men assemble it - it is truly a high quality piece that fits together so elegantly. Admittedly, I bought this for the design and statement after falling in love with the pictures and its absolutely spikes on those elements. The bench cushion is gorgeous and very hefty - I had some concern about sliding but the cushion is so heavy (as is the sofa by the way, would not want to have to move this thing) that its not been a problem for us at all. I find the pitch of the back and the softness of the cushion, make this a surprisingly comfortable seat and of course the built in side table is a nice bonus too. highly recommend maiden home.

As an interior designer, II was hesitant to buy a sectional online without the opportunity to sit in it first. However, I always love to support another femalel entrepreneur, and the wonderful information and descriptions online along with all of the positive reviews encouraged us to take the leap of faith. Boy did that pan out. We love our new Warren Sectional. Our whole family fits comfortably and the performance linen is crisp, beautiful and easy to keep clean. The details are all there, and the comfort is sink-in good. The personalized order updates and fabulous customer service made the entire process super easy and enjoyable. We've already placed another order for a Sullivan chair, and I've sold several pieces to my clients. Glad to have Maiden Home as a new resource!

After over a year of searching online for a new sofa, we finally made decided the Warren Sectional was the one for us. After having the sofa for about a month, there is no doubt we made the right decision. The quality is incredible and exceeded our expectations. While the sofa is lower profile than we anticipated it fits great in the room and creates an inviting space. If you are looking for a high quality, well designed sofa, this one is for you.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE our new Warren sectional and Leroy chair. Our family room is on the small side so the 98X98 sectional fit our needs perfectly. Our sectional is the most beautiful blue/gray color (Harbor), and our Leroy chair is upholstered in Denim with light wood, it too is beautiful!!! We are so happy with our purchase!! We received our Warren sofa a month ago, and I wanted to wait just this long to see how it did in that time. And WOW. It is comfortable and supportive and just feels luxurious. In part, this is the fabric--we went with the merino in dusk and it is crazy soft, has not worn at all in this brief time, is a gorgeous soft taupe and does not even show our (black) dog's shedding hair. The cushions do not need to be fluffed, the seat does not show sit marks. We have 2 boys under 10 and believe me, they are hard on things. But it looks as good today as it did the day we got it. One thing I particularly like is that the back cushions are not totally a square shape (not sure I'm explaining this correctly) but they look rounded, which makes the entire couch look a little more informal than I'd feared it would. After owning it a month, I can't yet speak to the longevity of the couch and the fact is, we've forbidden the kids to eat anywhere near it, so we have not (yet) had to clean up any messes. But so far, it really is pretty amazing.

I recently received a white cerused Hyde Chair for seating in a bedroom, and I LOVE it. The frame is beautiful, and the chair is very comfortable. The leather feels super luxe and soft. It feels like a piece of art in our home.
