My wife and I recently ordered a Warren L sectional in Oatmeal Performance Tweed and can't possibly love it more. The fabric is amazing, it is very soft to the touch and looks amazing in our home. We were nervous looking at the little swatch, but are so happy that we selected this color - it's warm and inviting and goes with everything in our home beautifully. It also stands up to everything that we throw at it (which is a lot!). Even our 100lb dog can't do any damage. I am also on the taller side and my wife is much shorter, the Warren works perfectly for both of us. You can feel the quality in both the construction and fabric, I truly can't say enough good things about the Warren, the fabric and Maiden Home as a whole. Thank you for everything!

We wanted the perfect sectional that would look good years after purchasing. We were originally going to go with another big furniture retailer, but we saw some poor reviews. It was hard to choose a fabric because the swatches we received were all so beautiful! The couch in person is even better than we expected. It's a bit daunting, purchasing a new couch online with only a fabric swatch in hand. We agonized over fabric because there were many great choices. We end up with the Warren sectional w/chaise in the Heather Grey Merino fabric. The fabric is A+! The sectional fits the space perfectly, is very comfortable, and well built! I’ve been shopping R&B, Crate&Barrel, etc for over 3yrs to replace a 25yr old hand-me-down leather couch. My goal: find something that appealed to my esthetic preferences and my family’s comfort expectations, as our living room and family room is one in the same! I bought The Warren (85” in oatmeal). I am so happy! My family of four loves it and we all fit comfortably. Haven’t had it long enough to speak to the long lasting integrity of the cushions, but so far they look great. This is a solid piece that won’t slide around with kids jumping! Fabric is great texture and neutral to pair well with tans or grays. Whole process was smooth, with email updates throughout the whole process. I agree with the 4star review from the customer who said it seemed weird to see a product with all 5star reviews. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We received our Warren sofa a month ago, and I wanted to wait just this long to see how it did in that time. And WOW. It is comfortable and supportive and just feels luxurious. In part, this is the fabric--we went with the merino in dusk and it is crazy soft, has not worn at all in this brief time, is a gorgeous soft taupe and does not even show our (black) dog's shedding hair. The cushions do not need to be fluffed, the seat does not show sit marks. We have 2 boys under 10 and believe me, they are hard on things. But it looks as good today as it did the day we got it. One thing I particularly like is that the back cushions are not totally a square shape (not sure I'm explaining this correctly) but they look rounded, which makes the entire couch look a little more informal than I'd feared it would. After owning it a month, I can't yet speak to the longevity of the couch and the fact is, we've forbidden the kids to eat anywhere near it, so we have not (yet) had to clean up any messes. But so far, it really is pretty amazing.

Like others, I've never bought a sofa online before, but I was impressed with details like the 8-way hand-tied suspension and the quality fabrics on offer on the Warren, and decided to risk it. The sofa is lovely - it's as shown in the video (low back, deep but not too-deep seat, and the firmness of the cushions is just right for lounging around) and it's very well-constructed. I appreciate the constant communication from Maiden Home during the build, and it was overall a wonderful experience, except for the delivery. I also like The third party delivery company was pretty unprofessional, but that's Florida for you. Honestly, the delivery issues were not Maiden Home's fault, but they ended up dealing with it in a satisfactory manner after some back and forth. If you're on the fence about buying a sofa from Maiden Home, just do it! No regrets.

I cannot give this sofa enough stars. I've ordered from multiple online-only companies as we set up our house in the pandemic, and this is far and away the best experience we've had. This sofa is SO comfortable, both for me (5 ft 7in) and my husband (6 ft 2 in) and that's really hard to do. The back pillows are just the right softness and volume, and the depth and seat cushion are also exactly right to satisfy both the folks who like sitting (feet on the ground) on a sofa and those who lounge feet up. It looks incredible and the workmanship shows, it LOOKS and FEELS expensive. Also, we got the Oyster performance fabric, a bold choice since we have a large dog who likes to get dirty, and so far everything just brushes right off. It looks good as new despite our pooch's best efforts. I also spilled a mug of black tea on it a week ago, and it all came out. Just pilled right up on top of the fabric and you would never know I spilled. I will happily be ordering from Maiden Home again, even when I can go back to shopping in person. This company is incredible, THANK YOU for making such wonderful products! Worth ALL the hype and more.

We bought the warren sectional in charcoal tweed. It’s perfect. Comfy, supportive, room for all. Back rail is well padded even without the cushions. Cushions hold their shape. Fabric shows no signs of wear or staining despite dirty dog paws and occasional kid snacks. Depth is comfortable for sitting without any additional cushions, so I recommend only adding minimal accent pillows. No complaints. Seems durable and high quality. Even the hubs loves it and has told me so multiple times. And he’s not a fan of big purchases.

We love our Warren sectional! We ordered it in performance tweed (oatmeal). It is very comfortable and high quality. I love the low profile of the sectional. It does not overwhelm the space even though it is such a large furniture piece. The fabric is holding up very well with our dog. I have easily spot cleaned a few areas already and all marks came out. I have not had to machine wash any cushion covers yet! Customer service for Maiden Home has been wonderful. Easy to order and received multiple status updates and shipping notifications. Any questions to the customer service team have been quickly answered! Highly recommend.

We have only had our new Warren sofa a few weeks but absolutely love it. It is very comfortable yet elegant looking. So far loving the performance fabric we chose and adore the color we chose (Lagoon). We have a dog and I was concerned, but so far no problems. We love our new sectional so much. My husband and I think it's the most comfortable sofa we've ever had, and guests always comment and say the same. The fabric is Performance Chevron Powder and feels really nice and soft and we have had no wrinkling issues with the cushions. We were very satisfied with the whole process.

We love this couch - we chose the taupe performance velvet. It's very sleek and sophisticated looking. We've had it for a month or so now and it vacuums and cleans up super easily. I had a spot on the ottoman and used a wet washcloth with a tiny dot of dawn on it and rubbed lightly - came right off and looks perfect again. This fabric seems like it will wear really well, even with two crazy kids jumping on it all the time. The cushions are firm but not hard and it's a very soft and comfortable fabric against your skin. Only time will tell how it holds up but I think with regular professional cleanings we should have it for many years.

Both sofas are great! The Warren is more "loungy" than the Sullivan, because it is a bit less firm and the seats seem to be about an inch deeper. Both of them look and feel great. Delivery was fine. I would buy again.

I took a big risk and ordered this couch unseen but I love my Warren. I initially ordered the two pieces in denim without ordering fabric swatches. I felt like it would be difficult to know how a full sized couch would look based on a small fabric square. The fabric guide online was accurate and the couch looks even better in person. I changed my mind within 24 hours and instead of ordering the denim, I ordered the blue chevron performance fabric. Customer service was very helpful and cancelled the order since I was within the 24 hour window. I recreated the order and was refunded for the previous one. The estimated wait time provided was very close to the delivery date - customer service emailed to let me know it might be one to two weeks late but it was delivered within a few days of the original estimate. The fabric is beautiful and easy to clean. I follow their care instructions and vacuum off the pet fur once/week and rotate the cushions once/month. I love the lower profile and the classic look. My cat clawed it in a few places on the back which pulled some threads loose. I simply draped a blanket over the area and it still looks amazing and she doesn't scratch it any more. Overall, I am very happy with customer service and with my beautiful couch. Do your research and take your time before you order. It's worth it.

I took a big chance early last year ordering this couch sight unseen but I am so glad I did. The Warren sectional is so comfy...not too soft and not too hard so it is the Goldilocks of comfort. The cushions are nicely made and the support is perfect. I should have gone a bit darker on color because now I am so afraid my new "white" couches will get dirty and I put a throw over where we sit. I know the fabric is supposed to be easily cleaned but why take that chance? The only real downside is it's too short. I asked if they could send taller legs but it does not go with the "design aesthetic" and they do not offer the option. I ordered some on amazon, but the screws and holes don't line up and I don't want to drill new holes. So it is another step to making it perfect. The issue with it being short (tall people's knees so high aside) is that when people sit, their heels are touching the lower part of the couch and it tends to get dirty. Also, my Roomba runs along the bottom and leaves smudges (wipeable but a pain). If it had two-three inches more in leg height, it would be perfect.

I, as others have said, was a bit concerned about making a purchase of this sort online. However, I needed two large sofas, wanted only 2 cushions on each and was having trouble finding this combination. In my searches I found Maiden Home. I did a great deal of research on how a really good sofa was made, I read all of the reviews, I ordered fabric samples and after doing so placed the order. I bought 2 100" Warren sofas in leather. It was a great deal of money for me to spend online, sight unseen. The sofas came about 10 days before I expected them, YAY! And, they are so beautiful. The are comfortable, they are elegant with simple, clean lines. The leather in the corners are mitered! I love them , everyone who sees them thinks they are gorgeous and wants to know where I purchased them. . I cannot say enough positives. The customer service while the sofas were being built was wonderful also. Very, very happy with this purchase and would encourage anyone that is leery about an online purchase to feel safe with this company..

What a difference this made for our beige room! The deep blue color was in the rug but not noticed until we were looking at fabric samples. Now we have a pale gray and white room with lovely new sofas in blue. We are very satisfied with the online experience and would recommend it to all discriminating furniture shoppers. I spent a great deal of time doing research and stocking the pages of this website as well as reading all of the reviews, and they are all true!!! I bought view Warren sofa, Ottoman and the Mercer chair. They are the epitome of class, quality, sophisticated design. The craftsmanship stands out, the little details like the folding of the fabric to tuck into the side of the Mercer chair or the way the seat cushions have snaps to keep them tethered to the Warren sofa. The fabric is durable, yet soft and comfortable. I bought the Warren in the oyster performance linen and sit on it all day, every day, especially with COVID and working from home. And, it still looks as good as the day it arrived. I have it them both for about 5 months now, wow. I mistakenly got thick, sweet wing sauce on my Warren sofa--- I was able to clean it right out, with a damp rag and a little scrubbing (it was BBQ sauce that sat for an hour), and I literally cannot even see where the stain was now! I am BEYOND pleased. It was exactly what I was looking for--- stylish, modern furniture that I could COMFORTABLY live in. Oh, forgot to mention how comfortable my pieces are! I did add 2 large throw pillows and a throw blanket to snuggle with, while I watch TV. People who come over are impressed and love it even more than I do. I am so glad I found this company when I did. I would have had to pay much more to get the quality or overpaid for cheap furniture because let's facet it, that really is what is out there now. Even some of the "luxury" furniture brands are selling subpar quality for the price they charge. You won't ever have to worry about that with Maiden Home.

We were a little apprehensive about purchasing online and did have an issue with the couch that was delivered. Dana in customer service was so incredibly helpful and easy to work with to make it right. We ended up getting a whole new replacement couch without any run around at all. We can’t ever expect a vendor/retailer to be perfect. But how they react to fix problems says a lot. Maiden Home was so great with regards to communications, solutions, follow up, etc. We really appreciate businesses like this that are so customer centric. We would highly recommend Maiden Home to anyone looking to buy a sofa!

After visiting several furniture stores, decided to purchase from Maiden Home due to quality, value, and selection. Loved the ability to customize size and the leather choices were just want we envisioned. We were so excited when it arrived and already placed another order for more pieces.

I had been eyeing the warren sectional for a few months, but was afraid to not actually sit on the couch before such a big purchase. After comparing sectionals from Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn, we took the risk on Maiden Home and could not be happier. The couch is well made - the cushions have support, nice depth in the seats, and the height is just low enough for our open layout, but not too low for comfort. The cushions also stay put which was big pet peeve with my old couch (my phone hasn’t slipped between cushions yet!). The couch is also held together by a hidden device so the two pieces cannot separate. We were updated throughout the entire process via emails and the couch was ready sooner than expected. The delivery was smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend!

After searching high and low (west elm, arhaus, crate and barrel etc...) I finally found maiden home and pulled the trigger. I wanted a piece that would last. What impressed me was the time, effort, and care they put into crafting their pieces - unlike the big name stores. I ordered the Warren left hand chaise sectional (119”) in Merino Granite, and it took about 8 weeks to arrive. The material is sooooo soft, the cushions are supportive yet have a sink in feel, and the piece is just beautiful. 10/10 would order from Maiden home again.

I purchased the Warren in Ash leather, and it is fabulous. I also purchased the Hudson daybed in Ash Leather and Pebble fabric (and put it in my living room). I LOVE THE HUDSON DAYBED! Then, I figured if Maiden Homes likes the Ash Leather with the Pebble fabric well enough to pair them together in the Daybed, then the Pebble would be a right choice for my side chairs (I got the Mercer Chair's). I topped off with the blue leather Hayes Chair. I could not be happier! The quality is exceptional; the process so simple (no hick-ups) and having a Maiden Home designer was very beneficial! I called several times for design advice, and it was vital in me making my decision's.

We absolutely love our Warren (Performance Weave Ecru) sectional! The craftsmanship outshines our previous Pottery Barn couch and after doing weeks of research, the value and quality at this price point is what really caught our eye. The experience with Maiden Home was great from start to finish; we really appreciated the updates keeping us informed on the build of the couch and the included white glove delivery was a huge plus! The fabric seems very durable (our dog loves it!) and we spilled tea on it once, which wiped right off. We can't recommend Maiden Home enough!

I ordered 2 Warren 108” sofas for my new living room. They were absolutely exactly what I envisioned!! I was nervous to buy something I hadn’t sat on, but I took a risk and so glad I did!! The price for this size custom couch with this style of construction cannot be beat. These prices are unbelievably competitive! Customer service has been amazing the whole way through- highly recommend!

We have the warren and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it! Not only is it gorgeous to look at but it is also super comfy! The customer service has been incredible. Unfortunately the first sofa delivered had a minor issue and they REPLACED the entire couch. They truly have remarkable customer service!

I spent a long time searching for the perfect L shaped sectional. I found most sectionals on the market to be clunky, or the more modern appearing "cloud" type cushions were eventually too flimsy/would not hold up well over time. I finally found the Warren and decided to take the plunge and could not be happier that I did! The Warren is an amazing sectional with a perfect balance of clean lines, structure, depth and comfort. The performance chenille fabric we chose is soft but durable, liquids bead up on it, and stains spot clean easily. The cushions are full and hold their shape well, while also being very comfortable to lounge on. We have had zero issues with it so far! It is honestly perfect. SO happy with this purchase! As a side note, the delivery was a bit of an issue, and was NOT white glove, but that's not directly the fault of Maiden Home. I do hope they will stop partnering with this particular local furniture delivery company, however, as they scuffed my couch and dinged my walls.

Purchased the Warran sectional and ottoman. You will have to wait a while for it to get to you, but the wait is worth it. This is traditional furniture building at its best. Very high quality and my family has been in the furniture business - so we know. Never thought I would buy a $4000 sectional online without sitting on it but their descriptions of how they put it together leave no doubt about the quality . They are good at communication and you can always email to ask for an update. Delivery company was fine but scheduling with them was a bit of a challenge. Overall would by again in a heartbeat. Great to see some quality companies out there still making things in the USA.
