I originally fell in love with the Thompson canopy bed, but it wasn't right for the scale of my space. So, I was pleasantly surprised to see it offered in this non-canopy version! The handcarved wood details are the shining star of this frame. I went with the natural ash finish because the grain is so pretty and it fits perfectly within my decor plan to create an organic, light, and relaxing bedroom retreat. The frame is so well made and I could really notice the difference in quality seeing each part fit seamlessly and solidly together as it was being built. I also love how the mix of high-quality fabric and wood looks on the headboard. This bed screams elegance and luxury and I'm so, so happy I went for it! Bonus points for supporting a woman-owned business that works with the best of the best furniture makers in North Carolina!

The Warren truly has everything my client wanted and more. It’s available in a cozy, loungeable sectional style with multiple size options to suit any size room, and while it’s deep enough to sink into, it’s not so deep that it takes up a ton of space. It has a low profile and slim arms, but it’s still really welcoming, like a warm hug! Finally, it’s upholstered in Crypton Home fabric, which means its truly pet and kid proof: Even though it’s white linen, all you have to do if it gets dirty is wipe it off with dish soap and a wet cloth!

We were hesitant to order a sofa online especially because both me and my husband have very different priorities when it comes to couches. He wanted something supremely comfortable (hard to assess online) and I wanted something that looked great and could withstand living with a dog and a toddler. I loved the look of the Warren and after reading through pretty much all the reviews, I convinced myself and my husband that it would be comfortable, look great and likely be a good fit for our lifestyle. We chose a performance fabric because said toddler-pet combo. Fast-forward 10 weeks of waiting and a flawless delivery, we all love this couch. It is so comfortable and give you the feeling to sit of feather. The team at Maiden was super helpful throughout the process especially Connor!

I cannot believe I spent thousands of dollars on a bed I never even received and waited months for, for nothing! Maiden Home promises white glove delivery service, but that is quite frankly a lie! I was not given any options to choose the day or time that worked best for me. I randomly received a voicemail by a man named Ben who informed me that my order was going to be delivered the next day between 1pm-5pm. That did not work for me because I would be at work at that time. When I returned the call, no one answered. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day because no one told me the name of this company nor what their office hours were. On the day of, I was so frantic because I knew I would not be present during the delivery time and I couldn't get a hold of ANYONE, and no one returned my calls. Then I received an email from this unknown delivery service company stating that I could not change or modify the time or day because of COVID-19, and that if I did request to change it would take another month, maybe longer, for my order to be delivered and it would still be a random time and day that I would not know about until the day before. Using COVID-19 as an excuse is a bag of excremental waste because any other place I have ordered furniture from gives me the option of days and times to choose from so that I pick what works best for me. Not the other way around! I am a working woman that lives on my own, therefore I am the only one who can receive my order. I decided to then contact Maiden Home directly. I was given a number to contact the delivery team directly to cancel my appointment and reschedule. This time someone did answer and asked for their company name - Deliveright. The person I spoked to informed me that she could do nothing on her end because they actually use ANOTHER third party delivery company for the area I live in. This person then gave me the number to contact the other company. When I called this number, it was then that I recognized the automated voice machine, and this was the number that I had received the voicemail from a man named Ben. Not surprisingly, no one answered. Once again I called Maiden Home and this time I was angry because, as a customer, paying for luxury furniture, I should NOT be responsible for contacting all these different delivery service companies. If there is a problem with my order, Maiden Home should be the one to fix it! All the while I am having to get ready for work, and still dealing with the situation. I was informed by a Maiden Home representative that they would flag the situation and get the team together to fix the problem and get back to me promptly since this was a time sensitive issue. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME!!!! I had to be the one to call them, again, right before heading to work. When I got off of work that night, I looked at my phone and saw 4 missed phone calls from the delivery company and a text message that was delivered AFTER 5pm, which was AFTER their own stated ETA, saying that they were 15 minutes away to deliver my order. Then I checked my emails and saw that they sent an email stating that my order had been delivered. How the hell was my order delivered when I was not there to receive it?! I live in a private apartment complex where you have to be buzzed by me to enter, and I live on the 4th floor. White glove delivery service means you have your order delivered to you IN YOUR HOME, with all of the mess cleared away, and placed wherever you want it to be. Suddenly I was afraid they had dumped my bed on the streets of LA. When I got home, no order, nothing. So literally, they said they delivered my order, when they did not! So where the hell is my bed now?! What did I pay for?! Maiden Home is unprofessional, unorganized, and does business with people that are liars, don't answer their phones, and don't provide the best customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! I will contacting my bank to file a claim against this company to get my money back.

Beautiful photos and descriptions of their furniture, with a lot of talk about “artisans” and “craftsmen” but their Sullivan sofa is the most uncomfortable, poorly designed sofa I’ve ever owned $3000 (x2) out the window. Super promising emails from customer support that go on and on but they never work for the customer. They DO NOT CARE if you are dissatisfied over a $6000 purchase. They just keep repeating that the sofa meets THEIR quality standards. Who cares if it meets their standards when it’s the customer’s standards that should matter! After months of going back and forth with them, I cut my losses and sent the sofas to a consignment shop. AND THEY COULD NOT SELL THEM, even at the lowest price point. Don’t get sucked in by their pretty pictures and claims. Do your research on this company. You must dig deep! They’ve done well at covering their tracks. Do not be fooled by their website reviews! They have fake Instagram pages that make glowing comments on their posts. Once I called them out on this, their fake accounts blocked me. @perryisscary was their main fake account. This account bullies people who comment about their dissatisfaction on social media. I realize my review will be sent to Maiden Home so they can respond. And they will. With one of their monotonous and canned, but very nice brush off e-mails. Over and over again. It goes something like this: Thank you for your message and for your feedback, and I am very sorry to hear this. When concerns do arise with our pieces, we are always eager to review all concerns thoroughly with our design team, as quality is our top priority. In reviewing your photos, we were able to confirm that your cushions do look to be crafted to our expectations, and that regular regulating, or adjusting, of your cushions should allow the fill to remain consistently distributed throughout your cushions over time as your pieces are used. If we may review any additional photos, please just let us know, and we will be happy to review with our team. Nice but full of fluff. Very uncomfortable fluff.

I saw an ad for Maiden home on Facebook shortly after we purchased a new home. I was interested by the thought of a high quality sofa that I could customize. Working with Dana from the beginning was great! She graciously sent out fabric samples two different times to help me decide. My final choice was the Sullivan sofa in a 95" length and the Champagne performance fabric. She was right...the down cushions are semi-firm and very comfortable. I just love it!

We have 3 kids under 6 and a weekly spaghetti night. Somehow we decided buy nice custom white chairs was a good choice. Amazingly this performance fabric is holding up. A little soap and water and the weekly red sauce stains are coming right out without issue. Huge win. If we ever entertain again I’m sure our guests will Be impressed.

We purchased 8 of these for the bar high tops in our boutique hotel lobby. I wish MaidenHome made hightops but these stools are absolutely stunning and very solid. How the look from the back was equally important for our aesthetic and the curve of the back is eye candy. The leather is wearing well. Beautiful and glad we came across them

I purchased the Clinton Nightstand for my bedroom and to go with my Wythe Bed; I can confidently say I'm so happy I made the purchase! I am blown away with the quality and craftsmanship of these nightstands. I selected the whitewash finish with the leather top, and it is simply stunning. The whitewash finish allows for the natural graining and colors of the ash wood to show through, and it's clear the pieces were finished with such care. There was not a detail missed in the design and making of this nightstand. An absolute must!

Initially I thought the sofa looked great. But the longer I’ve had it yet more unhappy I am with the price I paid for it. Since day 1 my husband complained that the sofa wasn’t very high and not very comfortable to sit in because of that. I finally pulled out a measuring tape and he is right- it’s supposed to be 35 inches tall and it is only 30 inches. So a lot different. Plus the back pillows are a good 2 inches from the top of sofa as well. Also, I was expecting the cushions to be much softer but they are quite firm and it’s not very comfortable for sitting for long periods of time. I really wanted to continue to support this company but unfortunately I think this will be my last purchase.

I am not one to leave reviews, but...I felt it was the least I could do to acknowledge the exceptional quality and extraordinary service we received. We purchased a bed and a sofa/chase. The sofa/chaise looks and feels comfortable without that "sloppy" appearance that oftentimes goes hand in hand with comfort. It also maintains its shape really well. It's perfect! The upholstered bed looks sophisticated and elegant. I was so impressed with the company's communication. I was always kept in the loop, and the pieces were actually delivered on time! The other custom furniture I ordered from various other companies has been delayed for months, so...I very much appreciate my experience with Maiden Home!

I obsessed and obsessed over which sofa to purchase online, and I am so happy I chose Maiden Home for our sofa. I loved the production updates along the way, and the product itself is perfect. Not too soft, not too firm, and the performance fabric I chose has withstood our cats. Highly recommend!

Got this to pair with my Jones sectional in matching green mohair fabric. Looks great together, high quality, fictional. Docked one star because I was either sent the wrong wood finish or the pecan finish in the photos is maybe darker and warmer than what I was sent. Mine looks almost whitewashed. I didn't have the bandwidth to address this disappointment on delivery so I never reached out for exchange. In hindsight I should have.

wanted the convenience of a slipcover but a non clunky/messy style - this is exactly that. The curvature of the arms is exquisite and the construction is solid and high quality. Delivery showed up at end of the window but worked quickly. Overall i'm impressed and would order again.

My 2 Sullivan Chairs arrived last month. They look great. Also, everyone in my family thinks they are very comfortable and we are all dramatically different sizes!

So glad we took a chance with an online couch! The process was easy - swatches arrived quickly, and the Maiden Home website has detailed sizing info as well as detailed comfort info! Once ordered, the email updates kept us in the loop and the couch was in our family room in less than 6 weeks. It arrived in perfect condition and is comfortable and beautiful! I will definitely be a repeat customer, and have started recommending the company to my friends.

I bought the Sullivan with the performance washed linen fabric in the natural color. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and construction of the couch. The couch looks and feels way more expensive than what we paid for it.

Love the way they look, and last night learned they are extremely comfortable to sleep on, despite a grumpy toddler keeping me awake! Love these sofas!
