I wrote a review about their delivery issue on the Kent bed. They wrote back on the review that this is not their normal customer experience and would be in touch with me but they never contacted me. First if you are truly apologetic, shouldn’t you contact your customer first and apologize and make it right instead of only responding to the review? This feels like lip service to make other customers who are seeing your reviews to make yourself look good but what about actually making your customer feel they are truly cared for? If you are going to say what you are going to do, why not just do it? It doesn’t take a lot of effort to pick up the phone to call the customer and let your customer know that you are apologetic about the experience I’m going through and you are working on resolution to the issue and will get back to me in x days.
But so far nothing which makes me even more upset . Just a simple call to acknowledge helps but not even that. . There’s lack of urgency to help customers. This is not an exemplary customer service. I have seen better from lower end furniture store.
It is very disappointing experience that I’ll likely never forget.

2/5 | Not a huge fan - cushions disappoint - daily fluffing required!
The couch is beautiful (before any use) - there is a lot I like about it aesthetically. What makes me regret purchasing this is the bench cushion. I opted for one large cushion because our old couch had 3 and they slid around. I thought one would be easier to manage, but I was wrong. The big issue with this couch is the daily fluffing you need to do to the seat cushion, and to some extent the back pillows. When you sit on either end of the couch the cushion sinks low and it does not spring back up. The fabric over that part of the cushion also becomes rippled and loose. You have to lift it out of the crevice and shake it around to make it appear level again. It's also very heavy, so easier said than done. This isn't something you can just do weekly or monthly - you have to do it daily or the cushions look awful. The back pillows are very comfortable but also disfigure from use, though you can fluff those easily enough. It has lost a couple of feathers, but nothing too concerning. I did pay for down alternative so not sure why I am getting real feathers, so I need to ask!

It's very early to tell, but so far I have been pleased with how solid this piece of furniture is: no creaking thus far. I'm interested in seeing how it fares over time. My only concern is that the longer 'chaise' portion is already starting to sag a bit.

Ordered the chair in Oyster. Material is very nice and chair is made well. It’s not as roomy as I would’ve thought-given the extremely high price of the chair. I have to take the back pillow off the chair or I slide to the front edge of the chair and it’s not comfortable that way. I’m a small person, too. All said and done, I would not have purchased the chair had I known this.

I love my new couch! The entire process of buying this couch was pleasant. I loved the cute box with fabrics, and how often an email was sent to tell you how long it will be to actually getting the furniture. The couch is super comfortable and works for my entire family! I can't wait to order more furniture from Maiden Home!!
I ordered my sofa last August and it arrived a few weeks late in November. I understand the supply chain issues, but I found the communication around actual arrival dates lacking.
The fabric is beautiful and cleans up really well — the slip covers are easy to remove for washing or vacuuming, and I’ve even gotten red wine out easily (from the oyster linen fabric).
It’s mostly very comfortable and definitely pretty — I love the single seat cushion, but I can’t stand the scatter back pillows. Mine look nothing like the ones pictured. Maiden Home replaced the original set which were very small but the new ones still don’t even come close to covering the back. They’re not nearly as large or plush looking as the images.
And I think the sofa overall would be much more comfortable if the arms were a few inches lower — I can’t use the scatter back pillows on the arms because they fold awkwardly.
I wish I had gotten the two pillow back and would strongly suggest not doing the scatter back pillows.

Both sofas are great! The Warren is more "loungy" than the Sullivan, because it is a bit less firm and the seats seem to be about an inch deeper. Both of them look and feel great. Delivery was fine. I would buy again.

5/5 | As a designer, I picked these for my own home
I purchased two Carmine sofas for my own home to replace a worn out sectional. I loved that I could customize the size with so many options to fit my room perfectly. I picked Putty performance linen because I have 3 kids, two cats, and a dog. The fabric is holding up beautifully and has been easy to clean. I was concerned they wouldn't be comfortable but took the chance because I love the fact that they are made in the USA and I trust the workmanship and quality of the materials. The ordering process and ease of delivery and setup was so easy. I am so confident in the purchase that I am now recommending to my own clients.

3/5 | Do not recommend performance chenille in alabaster
We purchased our Warren sofa earlier this year and while it is very comfortable it has pills all over it and looks very worn down already. I am disappointed in that. I would recommend staying away from Performance Chenille Alabaster as it has already within less than a year not held up well. :(

I searched for many weeks for the perfect sofa. A friend recommended Maiden Home and they had exactly what I had envisioned for my living room. I ordered the Sullivan sectional and everything from ordering to receiving it to now having it was like a dream come true! Maiden Home has such an easy website, quick shipping for samples, excellent communication from their designers, email updates as they’re creating your sofa, and the white glove delivery was wonderful. My 5 children and I love our Sullivan. It’s totally luxurious. It’s firm enough so you don’t sink but supportive and soft enough that you feel like you’re being cradled. It’s so beautiful and perfect for us! I’m just beside myself! I’ll always order from Maiden Home, in the future! Absolutely exceptional service and quality throughout the whole process!!!

Second time furnishing our second new build with the Sullivan L-sectional, ottomans, 2 chair & a half and two downing chairs with ottomans. Our last house was so beautifully staged with Maiden Home furniture, that the home sold with all furniture & I had to buy all new with our current home built in 2021. The quality is great & the performance linen fabric in Creme compliments our coastal vibe throughout our home. Great quality pieces and I will continue to buy from Maiden Home in the future.

5/5 | Couldn't be happier we chose The Thompson Canopy Bed
Spent a lot of time debating between this bed and the Martens Canopy at RH which a friend of ours has, and we could not be happier with our choice. The bed is beautiful from the rounding of the edges on the wood to the boucle we chose for the headboard. The delivery team put it together very quickly and all the seams etc are just perfect. Simply put we had a great experience. Very happy we chose MH over RH and feel like we have an heirloom quality piece of furniture we can enjoy for years to come. Thank you and we will be back for more!

I was very intimidated by buying a sofa online but after extensive shopping with no success in person I felt like I knew components of what I wanted and just needed to put it all together. I shifted to online and found Maiden Home. I am extremely happy with both the process of our purchasing, the production time and management AND the final product. HUGE bonus to me that they’re a US based business and produced with local labor. I would definitely purchase here again.

We purchased the Carmine in indigo performance chevron, and are completely happy with the purchase. Out top priority was to have a quality piece of furniture and we definitely got it. I appreciated the updates throughout the process and found the customer service to be spot-on. Comfort is good - this is a sitting sofa, not a lounging one, but it works well in our living room - I would love it if there were matching chairs. The only thing I would like to have seen is something a bit higher. - possibly an inch higher in the legs and an inch higher in the back. Our home has very high ceilings (and my husband is tall) so the sofa looks a bit short overall - but I will get used to it. We love the quality and are happy with the purchase - would purchase again.
