Possibly too comfortable- we both fell asleep on it the first night! Roomy enough for the whole family, and the Sunbrella fabric is the perfect color and has already proven itself with a toddler/popsicle adventure. It was a leap of faith to order without ever seeing it in person, but we have no regrets!

I am beyond pleased with this solid wood table top and wood base. What a well-constructed table The Reade is! Delivery went smoothly and communication throughout the entire process was really great too!

We researched every online furniture option available. We had just moved and we’re hoping for a sofa that we didn’t have to wait a long time to received. We almost didn’t go with Maiden Home after hearing it was a 10-12 week delivery time. However, after receiving the watches and emailing with Dana a few times, we were sold. We selected a Sullivan sectional and absolutely love it. It arrived today and our entire family loves it. Thanks to Dana for the excellent service and assistance with sizing and materials. We received our sectional sooner than expected. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and we would highly recommend Maiden Home!

We've had our Jones for 6 months now, and I'm in love! The modular pieces makes it so easy to rearrange and the comfort is perfect - deep enough to curl my feet under and short enough to sit normally when working. The back cushions require some maintenance but after investing in a piece like this - I'd definitely expect that to be the case! Our friends love coming over and lounging - definitely a highlight of our living room!

We ordered the Warren Chaise Sectional and we couldn't be happier. It's comfortable, beautiful and we couldn't love it more. I have to say this company has by far the BEST customer service I have seen a long time. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. It is truly refreshing to see this type of service. I would recommend Maiden Home to all my friends and family.

I can't find my original review on the MH site, so here it is, along with details about my resolution experience with MH. poor quality control I purchased a 85" Warren leather sofa. Pros: Manufacturing was quick for custom made furniture. Delivery and packaging were superb. The sofa was very well wrapped. The white glove service provider was on time, professional, and courteous. The sofa comfort and styling, both are great. The low back and cushy seats provide a laid back feel. The leather has a soft, luxurious feel. (But it does show scratches) The styling is casual but sophisticated. Price? Depends on what's important to you... I shopped online and no one offers the same sophisticated styling with 8 way hand tied springs for even twice the price of this sofa. Cons: Quality control missed 4 things. The initial issue is a ripple of unevenly trimmed leather that telescopes through on the outside of the arm. Maiden Home has agreed with this flaw and has offered to fix it, 4 months after we took delivery of the sofa. To this date, the flaw is not corrected. Because Maiden Home has not fixed the initial issue in a timely manner, we're taking a closer look at the quality of workmanship and found the next three issues. One, the seat height is 16" not 18" as the tear sheet states. Two, the leather is cut too short and shows a raw edge where the bench seat and inside arm meet. Three, the center seam on the front of the sofa, below the cushions, is not centered nor vertical. Its a 1/2" off center and a 1/2" off vertical from top to bottom of the bench below the cushions. The last 3 flaws, I list, have not been addressed by Maiden Home yet, as I just emailed them to customer service before writing this review. The most disappointing point is how this company has handled/ not handled the initial issue in a timely manner. But resolved! After several phone calls, a product review and 11 emails written over the course of 8 weeks, the customer service manager agreed to replace our flawed sofa. All product flaws, except the seat height, were corrected on the replacement piece. There was actually a 5th flaw found before the replacement sofa was offered. The flaw, concerning welting, was also corrected on the replacement piece. Conclusion It took from November 22, 2020 until June 29, 2021 to receive a sofa which meets MH's claim of being handcrafted to the highest standards by NC artisans.

The Ludlow in olive velvet is in my den and I am very happy with it. After many years of neutral, beige linen sofas, having a piece in a color and texture is a welcome change. The sofa is comfortable and the customer service was excellent!

I looked for months for a "forever" bed. I seemed to have put everything else in front of buying the bed I really wanted, so it was a year-long search. I'm from NC and have shopped the Highpoint Furniture Market, but it can be so overwhelming. Then I found Maiden Home. Hand-crafted in NC! I was excited. They had one bed that filled all my requirements - by this point I was a bed expert! It had slats so I didn't need a boxspring although I could have a foundation if I wanted. They sent me fabric swatches so I got to pick and actually feel the fabric. It took a couple of months, but actually came earlier than I expected. It was brought in and set up expertly! And is it beautiful! I love everything about it. I'm glad I searched and found this company and this amazing bed. (Thompson bed.)

I wanted a well constructed, durable (we have 3 boys) couch that was made in the USA. After months of research and shopping in furniture stores, we decided to go with maiden home’s 2 Sullivan couches in cloud chevron. Design and customer service were very helpful and put my mind at ease. It’s a big purchase for something that you can’t see and touch first. We received our couches after about 10 weeks. Delivery service was exceptional and we can’t be happier with the couches. The color is slightly lighter than the swatch but it works for us. I will say, the Sullivan a casual, comfy couch that isn’t made to look perfect all the time. The pillows are down so they need to be fluffed. I haven’t had any problems with the seat cushion that some of the negative reviewers have mentioned. I would highly recommend this company and their furniture.

Ordering process was relatively easy and service/responsiveness was great. I was kept aware of the various stages of my sofa build which took a while, but I suppose everything custom would. Delivery process was also seamless with no issues and delivered the sofa with no issues. Setup & clean-up were also great and the sectional was exceptional in terms of look - modern & very functional. After using it for almost a month, you can tell the build quality was superb and that it will last a long time with proper care. Very very comfortable and easy to fall asleep on especially on the Chaise lounger. Only minor complaint is that to sit comfortably for an extended period, I require lumbar support pillows for my back so perhaps I should have gone with the standard depth as opposed to the slightly deeper one, but that was my own doing. Small dent in an otherwise very comfortable, small profile and beautiful sectional.

I was incredibly skeptical that this sofa would be as good as the photos given its relatively lower price vs the other sofas we were considering (HomeNature and Baker at $8-12k) but this is truly as promised.. The lines are stunning and the mohair fabric is a perfect fit for the fireplace seating area in our home office. Never has my designer pushed me towards the cheaper option - this is truly the first time she did and i'm very happy we listened (plus I used to live on Varick street!) - we paid less and got more just as our designer promised. Thank you.

I purchased the Carmine sofa and two Downing chairs for my new condominium. They are beautiful. Although the target consumer for this furniture are millennials, I am in my 60s and downsized to a condominium. After purchasing a lot of very expensive custom made furniture over the years, I decided to try this brand. I am happy I did! The time frame was right on target, and customer service is great!

We were so impressed with the customer service; from ordering samples, to bi-weekly e-mailed production updates, to delivery that happened ( precisely when they said it would). I order a lot of furniture for clients and this experience was delightfully smooth and stress-free. The quality of the piece was also noteworthy with beautiful upholstery work and a high quality frame. The cushions deliver the comfort we were hoping for. The only, albeit, small downside to this process is not being able to visit a retail store to try each sofa, or look over options, but the return policy has you covered. We're so happy with this sofa though, I can't see why anyone would want to send anything back!!

Have not got it yet, but, will be ordering it; I know we will be loving it !!

Love my new Warren! It is very comfortable and looks beautiful. Also, I really liked how Maiden Home kept me up-to-date with order updates through the process of being made. Would highly recommend.

This is a great couch that’s very well made. It’s a great modern design and fits my space. Despite being a platform couch, it’s very comfortable for everything from lounging to napping. I only have a couple of minor cons: 1. The cushion gets bunched up and wrinkles easily. There’s a solution to this where you can “fluff” the cushion like a duvet insert, but I’m just very ocd with having everything perfect. 2. The cushions slide around on top of the wood platform. I wish there was a way to secure them. I been thinking about purchasing a rug pad and placing them under the couch to help with this. These are very minor and wouldn’t deter me from purchasing this couch again. It’s definitely very unique and you will not see another piece like this at other homes.

Customer service outstanding as we changed our order two days after it was placed. Very responsive staff. Fabric beautiful, quality of piece excellent. Not happy with the look of the sofa, which appeared to be long and sleek in pictures but in fact appears stubby “in the flesh”. Did not carefully study dimensions before ordering, which we should have. The picture was misleading.

This is probably the most satisfying purchase I’ve ever made. It is pretty. It is comfortable. The material is fantastic. I’d choose this over the RH cloud couch at anytime.

I'm so happy with my Morro table purchase! I have the small and medium tables placed in front of my sofa. I think what I love most is that they add an unexpected sculptural element that really adds interest to my small space. I also found that the Driftwood finish matches the other lighter woods in my space perfectly.
