Completely satisfied with my Sullivan sectional. Warning though, this was a nightmare getting. The original sofa agreed to was not what I received! While Maiden Home made it right - I had to wait an additional 6 months for the CORRECT sofa. So, when it is ready to ship, make sure you have the correct sofa coming! Something got screwed up in the administration of this thing. I will say, the sofa is extremely well made, with quality workmanship and detailing. I do love this sofa every day I walk into the living room.

Ordered this for a client and was taken back as it was our first time sourcing from Maiden Home. Customer service was great as we were updated on the status of the custom sofa. The color was in line with the swatch we had ordered before and the build quality was great. I would source from Maiden Home again!

My husband and I recently moved into a new place, which required us to buy a lot more furniture than our previous home. After looking at tons of reviews online, we decided to purchase a pair of Sullivan couches in ecru. I was a little nervous to buy two couches that I had never sat on but once they arrived I knew we had made the right decision! Not only are they super cozy but they are absolutely beautiful! We get compliments on them every time someone walks into our house. We plan on ordering a few chairs and another couch for our second living room from Maiden Home at some point in the near future!

I didn't think it was possible for a couch to be as beautiful as it is comfy, but the Warren proved me wrong! Absolutely love our new sofa. Plus, the Maiden Home team was so easy to work with and answered any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. Will definitely be buying more pieces from them in the future.

We ordered this sofa in September and it arrived after 6 weeks in early November so we've had it for about 2.5 months. I'm of the opinion that you really can't tell the quality of a sofa until at least a year, but figured I'd give my review so far. The process, from ordering to delivery, was pretty seamless. I shopped around A LOT before settling on Maiden Home. I knew I wanted a really well made sofa, but getting one in Los Angeles at a semi reasonable price seemed impossible. I looked at N.C. made brands like Taylor King, Lee and Vanguard. Maiden Home promised a similar quality at a lower price. The sofa is great. The fabric is very pretty - got the Performance Chevron Cloud. It's also very comfortable. There are a few reasons I rated it at 4 stars, instead of 5 - I do have a couple complaints: I couldn't pick the sofa cushion. I wanted a seat cushion with coil springs in it and was unable to upgrade. As a result, the cushions are a little softer than I'd like and requires more fluffing than I anticipated. Maiden Home recommends unzipping the seat cushions and fluffing them every few weeks or so... With the Sullivan, you're either getting one long bench cushion, or in our case we got a sofa chaise and this consists of two long bench cushions, so it's not very easy to unhook them from the sofa, unzip them and fluff them. We do fluff them every few weeks, but once you sit on it a couple times the seat cushions flatten out enough that they sit lower than the frame. That means the majority of the time, the sofa seat cushions aren't at the proper height to actually reach that 35" height. Given how important height was to us, the fact that the sofa doesn't actually sit at the 35" height the majority of the time is a bummer. We end of using throw pillows behind our heads a lot. Otherwise I'm happy with the sofa and I'd buy another piece of furniture from Maiden Home.

I bought the Ludlow. It arrived as expected. Maiden Home "design advisors" were of no help whatsoever when I ordered. The price changed randomly, which they corrected, and when I asked for help, they couldn't be bothered. I do like my Ludlow but because of the incredible lack of service, I can't recommend Maiden Home. 50/50 at best.

Maiden Home has been a major find for our family as we've furnished our home. The selection and the customer service are second to none. We are thrilled by our experience with Maiden Home. Thank you!

I have had my Sullivans for a month, and absolutely love them. The fabric matched the swatch exactly. The seat cushion is firm but very comfortable. Have already had a few naps. Chose the Performance Basketweave over the linen because the linen wrinkles. The sofas are beautiful, graceful lines. Highly recommend.

This is truly our dream sectional. It’s comfortable and looks stunning. The curves, the seat, it’s just a truly beautiful design and the velvet is so soft and chic. Enjoying it more 6 months in as we have broken it in. Keep up the great work!

I purchased two Sullivans for our living room and I get compliments from everyone who sees our house how stunning they are, and then compliments again when they sit down and realize how comfortable they are. I am beyond happy with my MaidenHome experience and can’t wait to decorate more rooms of our house with this incredible furniture!

From the time I first contacted Maiden Home about fabric samples, this ordering experience has been a treat. I was having trouble deciding between two sectionals, both from MH. Dana was quick to answer questions and sent extra pictures! Once I decided, the plan was quickly sent and then production started. MH even sent emails to show where my sectional was in the production process. Delivery was easy (and they were nice (!) and on time (!!!)). My new sectional is perfect. It's comfortable and beautiful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Every detail felt considered and the process was wonderful. I can't say enough good about my entire experience.

I purchased this bed frame in the fall when moving into a new home. I was hesitant to order from a company I knew little about, but took a chance and could not be happier. The bed frame is well built and incredibly comfortable. Set up was easy and straight forward. The headboard feels like a supportive pillow. It looks expensive and chic - The linen is gorgeous and durable. Well worth the wait! Could not be happier with my purchase.

My wife and I purchased a large couch and it is beautiful as well as comfy. The only issue we are having is with the fabric we chose. It is susceptible to catching and creating loops that are absolutely visible. I’m still leaving 5 stars because the issue is 100% caused by our cats claws and I can’t imagine that is the couches fault. Nonetheless, it is frustrating. Now we’re wondering how we fix it. Do we cut the loops or will that make it worse!? Nonetheless, without cats we’d order this couch 100 times. It’s incredible. So classy and solid. The ottoman we got also fits perfectly. In general, we highly recommend MH!

It is comfortable and lovely! The most generously stuffed cushions. Seems very well made and of the highest quality, and it is lightweight and easy to move around. We are thrilled with our purchase and would certainly order from Maiden Home again. Also, it feels great to know that our furniture was made in the U.S.A. and it didn't take long to arrived (loved the step by step updates on the manufacturing process, by the way). Again, thrilled!

I originally purchased a West Elm Sofa that was roughly the same price and turned out to be poor quality and a much smaller size. The Irving is a luxury sofa. Dana helped me customize the dimensions to fit my needs and including a longer chaise and a bench cushion. It's deep, comfortable, and the performance linen fabric is smooth. This was our second major purchase from Maiden Home and we wish we knew about the company before we bought other pieces in our house. Delivery was smooth, on time, and the drivers were professionals. Can't go wrong here. Thanks, Dana!

We bought this bed four years ago, it is beautiful, but is already completely falling apart. The side rails that hold the cross bars up are sinking so the bed droops in the middle, the screws that hold the headboard on and the sides together have fallen out multiple times causing whole sections of the bed to drop to the floor. We are not big people, and this bed is just buckling under the weight of normal use. I would not recommend buying this bed, you can and will find a bed as beautiful that is much higher quality.

And most anything else! The low profile fits in small areas while still providing ample room to fold your legs up and nap:) The best chair i've ever bought:)

We purchased the Carmine in indigo performance chevron, and are completely happy with the purchase. Out top priority was to have a quality piece of furniture and we definitely got it. I appreciated the updates throughout the process and found the customer service to be spot-on. Comfort is good - this is a sitting sofa, not a lounging one, but it works well in our living room - I would love it if there were matching chairs. The only thing I would like to have seen is something a bit higher. - possibly an inch higher in the legs and an inch higher in the back. Our home has very high ceilings (and my husband is tall) so the sofa looks a bit short overall - but I will get used to it. We love the quality and are happy with the purchase - would purchase again.

Quite simply this for me is the perfect sofa. Comfy, fluffy but not an empty bag like the cloud. Looks smart and put together. Easy to clean. Great stuff Maiden!

I ordered the three nesting coffee tables and not only was I incredibly thrilled with the design, but the product itself was made beautifully. I highly recommend Maiden Home and will be back for more.
