This sofa fits perfectly into my home. It's extremely comfortable.

The Bowery Coffee Table Ottoman really brings our great room together. Overall I was very pleased with the process of ordering from Maiden Home. I had never ordered a couch online before so I was a little leary. They stayed in touch with me whole time about the order status and the delivery went very smooth as well. I got the Warren sectional & we are very happy with the quality and comfort.

These sofas are fantastic, especially for the price, level of customization, and speed of delivery. I have the chair and a half and everyone tells me they've never seen a better one and immediately want to order one of their own. The ability to wash the slipcover is so helpful! Also - the stiffness and crinkling of the sofa when you first receive it goes away pretty quickly and over one year in, I am so happy with how my pieces have kept their shape. They look like new! Maiden Home is definitely at the top of my list for when I need more furniture.

I've never owned a "chair and a half" before so the concept was quite foreign to me, but I knew I wanted a large chair that could be for anything - naps, reading, working (from home), but it turns out this chair is the biggest point of contention in the apartment because EVERYONE wants to be the one to sit on it. As someone who also owns the Crosby, I keep returning to Maiden Home because it's the *just right* point where form meets function. At the end of the day, the balance of Maiden Home's beauty and comfort within their furniture selection is unmatched. The Sullivan Chair and a Half is exactly that and I'm sure I'll be back for more. BONUS POINTS: delivery is a breeze and I never had to lift a finger.

I was hesitant to order a sofa I did not see, feel, or sit on in person. Decided to take my chances after reading positive reviews and receiving quality fabric samples in beautiful performance colors. I LOVE our Carmine sofa! Comfortable, well made/sturdy, and beautiful! I am beyond impressed, and it was so simple and easy to order and receive! Very professional service from beginning to end!! Bravo Maiden Home!

We finally got our couch! A week late due to the moving truck breaking down (the company didn’t call us to let us know so it was a bit frustrating since their customer service is not open on the weekend.) Ashley was able to sort it out on Monday and delivery was rescheduled for a week later. Just got our couch today! It’s so comfy! We didn’t have any issues with the slip cover not fitting or being wrinkly, it arrived in perfect condition, love how the fabric is liquid resistant, we have 3 dogs and it’s already been slobbered all over, everything wiped off with a towel so easily. Love love love this couch, worth the wait. Also tip your delivery workers! These things weigh a ton!

While we didn’t realize the patience it would take to wait for our bed to arrive, we’d do it all over again because of how happy we are with the whythe. Major life upgrade to have the comfort of the plush down headboard and looks absolutely gorgeous in our bedroom. Officially adulting hard over here. Would absolutely order from Maiden Home again in the future.

I agree with another reviewer , the Carmine sofa is cushy-and supportive. I am 5’6” and my hips and back are starting to give me trouble. I needed the height of the cushions to be a bit higher than my current sofa and needed the firmness so I didn’t sink in too much when I sit down. I knew immediately when I sat on it the first time, that I had both. Yet it feels cushy like a high end sofa, not like you’re sitting on a square piece of foam. I was pretty sure the sofa would be well made, I was glad it was more environmentally friendly, and it was awesome that there was a great return policy. It was a little scary buying it without sitting on it first, but the price was actually so reasonable I took a chance. I’m glad I did.

Sofa is beautiful and very comfortable sit with a little on the firmer side as stated. The measurement however, was off by an inch, not a big deal but I did measure the frame. Customer service was outstanding throughout the whole process. Great communication throughout each phase of production. However, I give the delivery a one star, it was a let down and I was very surprised at the low quality of care with the handling of my WHITE sofa. They gave me a 2 hour time frame a day earlier, the day of delivery, I received a call from the driver over an hour before the time frame and said he is almost here! I then told him I was not available since we slotted a time frame which was not near the time he called. So he said ok, we will wait. Time came and my sofa was unpacked outside from his truck and was carried to my house from god knows where they parked. I then expressed my concern that it will get dirty. He said, no, it won’t. Well, it did get dirty. I had to call and get cleaning instructions and spent time cleaning it at a few areas where it got dirty. No gloves, no booties. No where near a white glove service at all. Hands were dirty while handling my sofa, when I asked them to put on booties, they looked surprised and just took off their shoes. When I showed him all the dirt marks, he claimed that my sofa was unpacked many times before they delivered it!!???? Why that would be the case is beyond me.

Its perfect proportions, tailored details and timeless design make it super versatile - not to mention it’s incredibly durable. It’s such a relief to have a stain-resistant couch with two little kids. It’s the kind of couch you can hang out on all day (and we do, trust me) and the cushions still look full and fluffed. It’s comfortable, it’s elegant, and it’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a sofa.

Purchased this in mushroom shearling for a cute desk chair for our bedroom office writing desk. Elegant and has a beautiful shape from behind. Our construction project was delayed and I had to delay delivery by 3 months which they did for a nominal fee (first month they did for free). Customer care team was very helpful and friendly as we kept having to push back delivery.

We really love our new Warren sofa. It's comfortable, durable, non-toxic and sleek, while also being cozy. It's also great for napping! We got great customer service from Maidenhome, and even a hand-written thank you note from the Founder, which we were really impressed by. Our only issues are that the back cushions are really thick, so we have to kind of break them in in order to not be pushed forward too much on the couch. The tweed fabric also picks up a lot of dust and fuzz, but is super easy to clean. Overall, we are very happy!

I purchased the Warren sofa and I cant say enough great things about it. It is SO comfortable. Nice and deep. The material is beautiful and it is clearly well made. It is very stylish and am looking forward to having a bigger home one day with more Maiden home sofas!

We were blown away by the excellent communication from this company regarding the process of creating our pieces and the follow up after we received them. They not only arrived in perfect condition—exactly as we ordered them—and beautiful, but Maiden Home contacted us to make sure they were everything we wanted. What a company! What a product!

I ordered the Sullivan sectional, Leroy chair and the Bowery ottoman. I ordered many swatches and worked w Emily to make sure each piece would fit perfectly in our home. My husband was skeptical ordering custom pieces without sitting on them!! We could not be more happy. They are comfortable, durable and soft. I ordered extra fabric to make my own pillows. Just perfect !

I rarely write reviews but I had to because I am floored at how good the Warren Sectional looks and feels. It took me awhile to pull the trigger since I didn't get a chance to see or sit on it. I went with my gut but still a few knots on just not knowing what to expect. This is far beyond what I expected in look, quality and price. I looked everywhere and mostly higher end sofas. This is just as beautiful for half the cost of the others I looked at AND is made in the USA. Great quality, really happy. THANK YOU! It was an easy and great experience from beginning to end. Possibly too comfortable- we both fell asleep on it the first night! Roomy enough for the whole family, and the Sunbrella fabric is the perfect color and has already proven itself with a toddler/popsicle adventure. It was a leap of faith to order without ever seeing it in person, but we have no regrets!

We ordered the Jones Modular sofa in July and it arrived in October even with all of the supply chain issues. The sectional is as beautiful as it is comfortable. We replaced a couch that I was afraid to let people sit on out of fear that the sofa would not hold it's shape; not this one! This sofa will be admired and used...daily. We are very happy and will order again (and again) from Maiden Home.
