We bought the warren sectional in charcoal tweed. It’s perfect. Comfy, supportive, room for all. Back rail is well padded even without the cushions. Cushions hold their shape. Fabric shows no signs of wear or staining despite dirty dog paws and occasional kid snacks. Depth is comfortable for sitting without any additional cushions, so I recommend only adding minimal accent pillows. No complaints. Seems durable and high quality. Even the hubs loves it and has told me so multiple times. And he’s not a fan of big purchases.

This is the best sofa I have ever owned. It’s so soft and comfortable, looks incredible, and the overall quality is top notch. I was very impressed with my experience from start to finish. The website was easy to use when it came to customizations. I received updates every step of the way that including a short background of each person that had a hand in building the sofa. Very nice personal touch! Delivery was very hands off and easy for me. Everything was set and and all packaging hauled away. I received emails from customer service checking in and providing tips on how to best care for the sofa which I found to be very helpful. I would highly recommend Maiden Home to anyone who is furniture shopping!! Best experience I’ve ever had for this kind of thing. Exceptional company.

My husband and I are very careful and intentional with the furniture we purchase. We were nervous to make an investment without being able to actually see and sit on the couch we were wanting to buy, but looking into Maiden Home anyway. We took our time, ordered swatches, exchanged a fair number of emails with their staff asking questions and getting design help and were incredibly impressed with that process. We finally decided on the Warren Sectional with Performance Chevron Cloud because we have a 1 year old and a dog and this is going to be our family couch. The wait during production definitely took awhile, but after delivery and having the couch in our home for a few weeks and using it often, we are so impressed and glad with our decision. The couch is comfortable, the craftsmanship is fantastic, the fabric is already doing amazing with a couple of spills, and you can't tell that it's become our 1 yr old's newest play gym. I have recommended the company to several friends and highly recommend taking the time on the front end to get your questions asked and use their design service to help figure out the best option for your home and life.

We purchased the Warren sectional sofa and it is exactly what we were looking for- well made, comfortable, easy to clean and gorgeous! We have a cat and 2 young sons so clean ability was very important to us and the performance tweed in salt is super easy to clean. Also the customer service is excellent and very helpful

Overall I was very pleased with the process of ordering from Maiden Home. I had never ordered a couch online before so I was a little leary. They stayed in touch with me whole time about the order status and the delivery went very smooth as well. I got the Warren sectional & we are very happy with the quality and comfort.

We ordered our sofa just before the coronavirus pandemic shut down. Our sofa was delivered with white glove service, delivery guys were masked up and were respectful of social distancing. We had a few questions after delivery, and Maiden Home customer service was top notch! They really want to make sure their customers are satisfied. We are! I purchased the warren sectional sofa and the size, color, fabric, and style are exactly what I was looking for. Its well made, comfortable, and durable with the pets and the kiddos! The customer service and delivery were great as well. The sofa was delivered on time and they were there to help every step of the way through my order process. I also loved that I could get swatches ahead of time and really determine what would be the best for our space. It is gorgeous in our Livingroom and so comfortable! I saw an ad for Maiden Home on Instagram... I loved the design and the camel leather color option. I loved their model of NYC designers with NC craftsmen. I was nervous to buy a couch online without sitting in it but so glad I did. I love our leather Warren sectional, everyone who has sat in it says how comfortable it is (we agree). They have been nothing but responsive/communicative throughout the whole process. Our couch took a little longer due to covid but it was worth the wait. I'm hoping to get another leather sectional from Maiden Home for our basement in the spring. :)

After over a year of searching online for a new sofa, we finally made decided the Warren Sectional was the one for us. After having the sofa for about a month, there is no doubt we made the right decision. The quality is incredible and exceeded our expectations. While the sofa is lower profile than we anticipated it fits great in the room and creates an inviting space. If you are looking for a high quality, well designed sofa, this one is for you.

We wanted the perfect sectional that would look good years after purchasing. We were originally going to go with another big furniture retailer, but we saw some poor reviews. Thus began our research into what goes into a quality couch, and that led us to Maiden Home. We bought the Warren sectional in Performance Tweed - Char. It was hard to choose a fabric because the swatches we received were all so beautiful! The couch in person is even better than we expected. The low profile looks great in our open living space, the fabric texture is so pretty, the pillows have the perfect amount of stuffing, and it is by far the comfiest couch I’ve ever owned. We received the sectional just a little under six weeks (even with the July 4th holiday). Thanks Maiden Home!

We were so nervous to order furniture online...especially a sofa that you need to sit on to feel! But after months of research, we came to maiden home to design the perfect size sectional with a performance fabric for our new family! We settled on the Warren, in performance silver...we couldn’t be happier!! It is so comfortable, perfect for lounging and watching movies but also not so deep you can’t sit up and have a conversation. Dana was so helpful in fabric selections and providing imagery for us to make our decision. Overall we’re now maiden home believers!

In the past we have only made large furniture purchases in-person; however, with COVID in the spring I decided to research internet options for our new sectional. I kept coming back to Maidenhome. I really appreciated their business model and they had exactly what we wanted, a custom, well-built piece of furniture that was affordable and met our family’s needs. The website was very well done and it was very easy to order and get swatches for the fabrics we were considering. Once we ordered the piece we received emails that kept us apprised of the progress so we knew what was happening at each stage. We have been enjoying it for about a month and we absolutely love it. We got the sectional in dusk - it is gorgeous and so comfortable. We have pets and kids - already I have easily wiped away some messes and the fabric seems very resilient. As many will say, buying a sofa online is a giant leap of faith and I, for one, don't regret it! The Warren sectional is so very beautiful and incredibly comfortable - perfect for our space. And, I loved how we were able to customize the size and fabric. The customer service team kept us updated throughout the process, notifying us by e-mail when the sofa moved to the its next stage and describing in great detail what was being done. They even went so far as to introduce us to craftsman who may have been the one doing the work right here in the United States. Did I mention that the white glove delivery was included? It truly was a great experience from beginning to end and I recommend Maidenhome highly!

We absolutely love our Warren (Performance Weave Ecru) sectional! The craftsmanship outshines our previous Pottery Barn couch and after doing weeks of research, the value and quality at this price point is what really caught our eye. The experience with Maiden Home was great from start to finish; we really appreciated the updates keeping us informed on the build of the couch and the included white glove delivery was a huge plus! The fabric seems very durable (our dog loves it!) and we spilled tea on it once, which wiped right off. We can't recommend Maiden Home enough!

In our 24 years of marriage and 5 houses we have bought a lot of furniture and usually from nicer retailers (furniture land south, Greenfront, H&H, Sherrill, Karges, etc) our Warren U sectional is by far our favorite and best piece of upholstered furniture we have ever owned. It’s amazing what the right seating can do for your family. We all spend significant more time in the same room given we can comfortably all fit on our new sectional. Don’t hesitate, the process and quality are second to none

I bought the Warren U Chaise Sectional in Natural Performance Washed Linen and let me tell you: it literally could not be a more perfect sofa! I looked FOREVER at all the big retailers and through a decorator, and was about to spend a lot more on a sectional through my designer and then I came across Maiden Home. I will say that making a purchase this large without seeing the piece or sitting on it is nerve wracking, but I swear this sofa is perfect and I am PICKY. I love the back height (low enough to look modern but not too low to be uncomfortable). The depth is perfect (deep enough to lay down comfortably, but not so deep that you can't sit up). I prefer a more firm sofa (it holds it's shape better and doesn't end up looking so 'worn') and the firmness is perfect. The fabric is great: it's a performance fabric, but it doesn't feel like plastic outdoor fabric. All of the details are right on this sofa and I could not love it more!

We are very pleased with our Warren Chaise Sectional in performances velvet. We chose the olive color which is stunning. The chaise sectional is a great size for our family and everyone comments on how comfortable the sofa is. Communication and delivery were exceptional. Very pleased!

We are very pleased with our Warren Sectional. It has a modern and polished look, and it's cozy to lounge on. We went with the Silver Performance Weave fabric and are so happy because the color is beautiful, the hand is soft, and our dog can get comfortable without us worrying he's going to stain or snag it. Love this couch. I give it 5 stars from purchase to product and everything in between. The company regularly provided me with updates on the production process. I received my couch a few weeks earlier than promised. And not only is the couch absolutely beautiful, it is incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

After searching high and low (west elm, arhaus, crate and barrel etc...) I finally found maiden home and pulled the trigger. I wanted a piece that would last. What impressed me was the time, effort, and care they put into crafting their pieces - unlike the big name stores. I ordered the Warren left hand chaise sectional (119”) in Merino Granite, and it took about 8 weeks to arrive. The material is sooooo soft, the cushions are supportive yet have a sink in feel, and the piece is just beautiful. 10/10 would order from Maiden home again.

We love the look of our Warren - Performance Linen Oyster sectional, but unfortunately it has not held up as well as we would have expected. It stains INCREDIBLY easily, even with the littlest bit of dirt. We have hired professional upholstery cleaners who have remarked that they've never had an issue with removing stains out of a white couch until they came to our home and actually gave us the service for free because they simply couldn't understand why they couldn't remove the stains. It's a beautiful couch but I definitely do not recommend for a high or even medium traffic area.
