Cerused oak is defined by its two-tone finish and contrasted grain. Master artisans gently wirebrush white oak to open its pores, then massage liming wax to lightly subdue the wood’s tone while accentuating its natural grain. Please note that there will be variation in the way that the wood finish appears on each piece, due to the natural characteristics inherent to this wood species.
